Downloads are supplied only after the payment provider confirms payment. If a payment is pending or a download fails, do not pay again. Contact the publisher with the order reference so delivery can be checked.

If a file is corrupt, missing, incompatible with its stated format, or materially different from the description, request correction or the remedy available under applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights remain.

For EU consumers, distance purchases generally carry a fourteen-day withdrawal period. This store requests immediate digital delivery without asking you to waive statutory withdrawal rights. To exercise a withdrawal right where it applies, contact the seller with a clear statement identifying the purchase. You may use: “I withdraw from my purchase of [title], ordered on [date], order reference [reference], name [name], contact [email].”

For other requests, explain the issue to the publisher before submitting further payment. Any approved refund is returned through the original payment method. Nothing here promises an investment result, reimbursement of trading losses, or recovery of funds lost to a scam.
